Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional assistance is needed, our customer support team will gladly help you investigate the shipment.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
